Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Steals+ website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Steals+ is operated by Steals+ ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Steals+ is a curated daily deals membership service. We aggregate, score, and display deals from publicly available sources across the internet. We do not sell products directly. All deals link to third-party retailers and merchants. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of any deal displayed on the Service.

3. Membership and Billing

Steals+ offers a paid membership at $5.00 USD per month. Your membership begins with a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. After the trial, your payment method will be charged monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days advance notice to active members.

4. Referral Program

Active members may earn referral credits by referring new members to Steals+. For each referred member who maintains an active paid membership, the referrer earns $1.00 USD per month, credited to their account.

Referral earnings are not guaranteed income. Earnings depend on referred members maintaining active paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days notice to participants. Referral abuse, including self-referrals, fraudulent accounts, or spam, will result in forfeiture of earnings and possible account termination.

5. Community Dividends

Steals+ may distribute monthly community dividends to active members. Dividend amounts are determined at our sole discretion and vary based on platform revenue, growth, and member participation. Dividends are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as a source of income. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the dividend program at any time.

6. Deal Information and Third-Party Links

The deals displayed on Steals+ are sourced from publicly available RSS feeds, APIs, and community sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any deal is currently available, that prices shown are accurate, or that any discount is genuine. Deal prices and availability can change at any time without notice.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites and retailers. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Purchases made through linked retailers are governed by that retailer's terms and policies, not ours.

7. Deal Scoring

Our proprietary deal scoring system assigns each deal a score from 0 to 100 based on factors including discount depth, community validation, source trust, and freshness. Scores are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees of deal quality or value. A high score does not guarantee that a deal is legitimate, available, or the lowest price. Users should exercise their own judgment when making purchase decisions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral program
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Steals+ or impersonate our brand
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Intellectual Property

The Steals+ name, logo, deal scoring algorithm, website design, and original content are the property of Steals+ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deal titles, descriptions, and pricing information are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DEAL INFORMATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALS+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steals+ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
